Shipping Policy

All shipping quotes are calculated in real time based on the current
FedEx rates. Country Ovens does try to process and ship orders in a
timely manner, usually within 24 hours of the order being placed;
however we do reserve the right to hold all orders that contain
chocolate based on the weather of the sending and receiving area.

If your order is damaged during the shipping process please contact us within 24 hours to begin the returns process.
